HEATHER IS BY FAR THE BEST TRAINER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I CAME TO HER LOOKING FOR THE CONFIDENCE I ONCE HAD AND TO FURTHER MY FITNESS GOALS. A FEW WEEKS IN, I GOT THE SURPRISE OF BABY NUMBER 4’S ARRIVAL AND SHE WAS SO VERY ACCOMMODATING! SHE CONTINUED TO PUSH ME, BUT ALSO STAYED AWARE OF ANY CHANGES I MAY NEED WITH ALL THE ONCOMING ISSUES THAT COME WITH PREGNANCY. WHEN IT GOT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO EVEN DRIVE IN, SHE ENCOURAGED ME TO TAKE A LITTLE TIME OFF BEFORE COMING BACK SO I COULD BE 100% READY TO CONTINUE TRAINING. SHE HAS PROVEN TO ME THAT I AM MUCH STRONGER THAN I EVER THOUGHT I WAS. I AM AMAZED AT HOW MUCH I HAVE ACTUALLY DONE AFTER EACH SESSION AND BECAUSE OF THAT, I MADE THE DECISION TO ADD ON A FEW MORE WEEKS OF SESSIONS WITH HEATHER BEFORE A BIG FAMILY MOVE. BECAUSE OF HEATHER, I KNOW FOR SURE THAT I’LL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE ON WITH MY TRAINING WITH 100% CONFIDENCE IN MY ABILITY ONCE I’M NO LONGER IN THE AREA.

I ABSOLUTELY ENJOY TRAINING WITH HEATHER! BEFORE I EVEN STARTED MY TRAINING, I HAD ALREADY CONVINCED MYSELF THAT THIS TIME WOULD BE JUST LIKE THE OTHER TIMES—A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND I’M DONE. NOT THIS TIME, HEATHER HAS GIVEN ME A NEW AND EXCITING PERSPECTIVE ON BECOMING HEALTHY AND FIT; SO MUCH THAT AFTER A YEAR, I’M STILL TRAINING WITH HER AND EXERCISING MORE NOW THEN ANY OTHER TIME IN MY LIFE. HEATHER IS DEDICATED TO HELPING ME ACHIEVE MY GOALS, WHETHER IT’S DIETING, TO BECOME STRONGER, OR TO A INCREASE MY STAMINA AND ENDURANCE. SHE IS ALWAYS MOTIVATING AND ENCOURAGING ME TO DO MY BEST DURING WORKOUTS, NO MATTER HOW CHALLENGING THEY MIGHT BE. SHE DOES A GREAT JOB OF LISTENING AND RESPONDING TO MY WORKOUT QUESTIONS. IF I AM UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE GYM, SHE WILL MAKE TIME TO LOOK FOR AND SUGGEST A WORKOUT FOR ME TO DO AT HOME OR WHILE I’M ON THE ROAD. I’M SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE HEATHER AS MY TRAINER! I LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH HEATHER ON MY JOURNEY TO A HEALTHIER AND FITTER LIFE.

HEATHER IS AWESOME AS A PERSONAL TRAINER. I’VE HAD SEVERAL IN THE PAST FEW YEARS, BY FAR SHE HAS BEEN THE BEST. SHE TAKES ALL MY ISSUES (MESSED UP SHOULDER, SCIATICA, PIRIFORMIS SYNDROME) INTO CONSIDERATION AND STILL HAS HAS ME WORKOUT TO STRENGTHEN THOSE AREAS. I’VE NEVER WORKED OUT SO HARD IN A 30 MINUTE SESSION. EACH TIME WE MEET IT IS A DIFFERENT SET OF EXERCISES, COMBINING CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING AND CORE. I USED TO BE A DISTANCE RUNNER, BUT WITH MY INJURIES I HAVE HAD TO STOP. SHE HAS EVEN CONVINCED ME TO GET BACK ON THE TREADMILL AND DO MORE SPRINTS, WHICH I AM STARTING TO ENJOY. OVERALL, SHE IS GREAT AND I LOVE WORKING OUT WITH HER!
